Pokewalker thingy~

Postby Tamsis » 26 Feb 2010, 01:35

So I'm curious~

Is anyone gonna actually use it? And around the house doesn't count. XD
I mean, at work, school, college, university etc. I think I might wear it while
I walk the dog but not to college. D: Its kinda neat I guess, but, embarrasing too. >///<

Well, I have really large pockets in my coat, so I guess that I might be putting it there when going to... Um... I think it's about the equivalent of your college. Well, nonetheless, it depends on what effect it has on my Pokémon. If it is not something worth doing like that for, I will obviously not do it.

This thing really reminds me of the old Pikachu virtual pet (Tamagotchi) I have lying around somewhere...

I wonder... will the Pokémon get EV's when walking around with it?

I'm going to carry two (both versions bought) of them everywhere I go if they don't make stupid noises. If it's quiet, I can take it to school etc.
Lol, must go diaboling...

Just think if they actually do make noises. We will probably go insane.

DD:

Mines going straight in the bin if it does. Even if I only use it at home I can't stand things like that that make an annoying sound. =.=

I use my Japanese one all the time. Also, yes, they can make noises - but you can mute them.

Mines going out raving with me, should rack up some exp with all that dancing ^^

You know what would be great? If later on they improved it and gave it some crazy geotracking ability so that it changes the routes depending on where you are. Walking through a forest IRL with your pokewalker? You're probably gonna encounter some shroomish, bedrill and so on. In town? It's grimer and voltorb and so on.

That'd be an awesome way to send pokefans worldwide into adventurers, and probably the only way I'd ever venture into a cave!
