England!~

Postby Eris » 26 Feb 2010, 09:03

I saw loads of "country" threads and decided to add my own country. -shot-

So, what do you think of England? The food there (this makes me laugh)? Have you been here before or would you like to?
What do you think of the PEOPLE you've met from there? XD

Ps. I didn't say UK because I think Scotland, Wales and N.Ireland are different and deserve their own threads, m'kay? : )

I always wanted to go to London, but in our family we don't travel much, due to the cost of it.

When I was younger I would be like "I want to go to London and go to Stamford Bridge to see Chelsea FC play", but now, I think more of the cultural stuff, and expanding my English-speaking horizon. I wonder why that changed? :D
A lot less online than usual.

In my lifetime, I have been to London about... What, six or seven times, all-in-all? I love England, I love London, I love the language. Heck, I even like the food. Great country.

I've been to London a lot. Lot's of things to see and an awesome place in general, but the food is horrible.
Languages I speak: Swedish (Native level), English (Very good level), Italian (Very good level at understanding, but poor writing skills) and a little German (Decent level, I'm studying it at school).

OBJECTION!

Meat pies and most pub food is actually pretty good.

England, the one of the most mysterious countries to me... Hah, I don't know, just wrote something weird. Still, I'm going there in June, I suppose.

England isn't a food country. There's the italian kitchen, the french kitchen, hell, even the thai kitchen, but not the english one. Still, they have Fish n' Chips and pies, lol.
