Trouble with USB Connector

anyone from here know why my laptop can't read Wi-Fi USB Connector???

i have install the CD i download drivers for the first time works second i can't find the word best fits for the moment

you mean what Windows i have?
if you mean windows i use 7
don't tell any stupid in windows 7 i used USB 5 times
i believe USB Connector is the fault

Nintendo Wi-Fi USB connector is only usable with XP and Vista.
